2 AED's now on site
Campground Safety Update
PBCOC now has two Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) available on-site:
Shower House
West end of the campground near Site #34
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with their locations in case of an emergency.
Both AEDs will remain locked at all times. In the event of an emergency, the shower house key can be used to unlock either AED cabinet.
Important Information
No training required: AEDs are designed for use by the general public and provide clear, voice-guided instructions during operation.
Safe to use: The AED will only deliver a shock if it detects a rhythm that requires one. It cannot deliver a shock unless it is medically appropriate.
Having these devices readily available can make a critical difference during a cardiac emergency. Thank you for taking the time to learn where they are located and how they can be accessed.
