September News

1.        Tenders: To clarify, we are looking to fill the full-time Park Manager position first. If there are no suitable applicants for this position, the other two postings will then be considered.

2. Water Shut Down and Power Meter Readings: This will take place on Saturday, September 26, in the afternoon. Board members will also be reading the power meters at the same time.

To make this process as quick and easy as possible, please ensure that your power meter is clean and accessible for us to read. Please trim any trees or branches around the meter and remove any barriers or other items that may make access difficult.

Also, all hoses must be detached from your water pedestals before the water is shut down.

3.        New Gate Card Reader: The new gate card reader will be installed on Saturday, September 26, in the afternoon.

Once the new system is in place, everyone in the park will need a new card to access the gate. We will keep all members informed about how and when the new cards will be distributed. Each site will get 2 key cards.

Stay tuned for more details.

4.        Power Shut Off: The power will be shut off on Wednesday, October 28. Please plan accordingly.

5.        The Board would like to thank all the members who volunteered to help with the ice cream sales and with keeping the playground tidy and the toys picked up.

A special thank you as well to those who took the time to make and place all the wonderful bracelets around the park. They were a lovely surprise and a special treat for everyone to enjoy!

Thank you to everyone who continues to help make our park a great place for all!

6. Site Upkeep Reminder: Lastly, the Board would like to remind all members to keep their individual sites neat, clean, and well maintained. Please take some time to ensure your site is kept tidy and that any necessary upkeep is completed. ( see: Rules and Regulations 17.1)
