Annual Summer AGM Notice

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, August 3rd at 10:00 AM.

The financial statements and meeting agenda will be posted by next week for your review. They will be located under Meeting Minutes 2025 on our Poplar Beach website.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email the board no later than July 29th. This will allow the board sufficient time to gather any necessary information or prepare responses ahead of the meeting.
