New Members
If you have recently purchased a share of our property, you must supply us with the following documents:
New Member Application for Membership and Connection to PBCOC Power Supply (available from our Forms)
-this form explains in detail each item that is required
Copy of the Offer to Purchase/Bill of Sale (if using a lawyer)
Transfer of Exclusive Use Agreement - submitted by seller (available from our Forms)
Revised Exclusive Use Agreement and Security Interest (available from our Forms)
Meter Reading
Member Contact Information (available from our Forms)
Copy of your Land Title document as soon as you receive it from ISC.
Once all documents are received, you will be sent a copy of the Exclusive Use Agreement and Security Interest document which will bear the PBCOC stamp and be signed by an Executive Board Member to indicate completion of this membership process, which entitles you to privileges of membership: use of common facilities, right to vote, run for positions on the Board, and accessing water and power, to name a few.
Reminder: Any and all developments in the campground require you to submit a Development Permit &/or a Building Permit to the Resort Village of Wakaw Lake (RVOWL). Do not start any project unless you have been approved and have an email and approval form back from them. Board members and Park Managers do not have the authority to approve any projects so please send all requests to the RVOWL office. Forms can be found on our website as well as the RVOWL website. If you are unsure if you need a permit, please contact their office.
Sellers & Prospective Members
Members who are selling or transferring their interest in a RV Site to which they were granted exclusive use must make agreement with the purchaser to have purchaser agree in writing to the Exclusive Use Agreement FORM and to become a member of the Corporation by contacting the PBCOC Board.
As stated in our Rules and Regulations: Members shall be responsible to make agents, sales representatives and prospective purchasers aware of the Rules and Regulations and Bylaws of the PBCOC prior to completion of the sale.
If you are considering purchasing a share of our property, please contact us at pbcoc135@gmail.com to ensure there are not any outstanding fees owing by the current owner. There are 3 costs associated with owning a lot:
1) Annual membership fees
2) Individual power usage fee
3) Annual taxes charged by the Resort Village of Wakaw Lake.
Also, please read the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. It is the responsibility of the potential buyer to be aware of these rules. If anyone is unsure of anything, please contact the park and ask.
