Good day Poplar Beach Members: 

We have several items that need to be shared before the end of the season.

Park Managers For Next Year

We would like to share with everyone that John and Dianne have accepted the boards offer to come back next year as park managers.

Shower House and Power Shut Down

This year the shower house will be closing on Monday, September 5 at 6 PM due to the power upgrade starting the next day.

Power to the whole park will be turned off on September 6, 2022. Last day that everyone is allowed into the campground is Monday, September 5.

Invoices For Second Payment Of Power Upgrade

Invoices for your second payment have now been sent out. In that notice the password to get into the Meeting Minutes site has been shared with all members.

All payments are due October 31, 2022.

If you have already paid in full, we thank you in advance.

Septic Clean Out

Reminder to have your septic cleaned out if needed before September long weekend. As of September 6, there will be no access for the septic trucks to come into the campground.

Housekeeping Items

Please remember to be respectful of other people’s sites and do not use them as short cuts.

Once the power upgrade starts, there will be no access for anyone to come into the campground. This is a liability issue and we need to keep out.

Poplar Beach is a seasonal campground and if you do decide to come over winter to check on your place, you are doing so at your own risk.
