Invoices and Statement
Poplar Beach Members: Due to a server glitch, many member’s invoices and statements did not get sent. Our treasurer will be sending them all out again. If you have received your invoices and statement, then please disregard the extra emails. Unfortunately, there is no way to tell who has received them and who has not. So remember to wait until you see the total on the Statement before any payment is made. There should only be one payment made per lot. If there are any discrepancies or questions, please email the board for clarification. The board will do their best to answer any questions that you might have as soon as possible.
