4. Site Development Forms: All forms need to be sent to the Poplar Beach email for approval. Please do not start any project without the approval from board members.
5. Resort Village of Wakaw Lake: There is going to be a polling station in front of the old store on August 12th from 9 am – 8 PM. This is a proclamation of referendum for Lot G which is the old store/mini golf area to change the zoning from commercial to residential to accommodate the development of three residential lots. Information can be found at the Resort Village of Wakaw Lake’s website. Everyone can vote on that Saturday.
6. Proxy Forms: If you are unable to attend our Summer AGM on Sunday, August 6th, you can pick up a Proxy Form. Please call the Poplar Beach phone number to make arrangements to pick one up. Agenda and other information about the AGM will be sent out tomorrow. AGM is Sunday, August 6th at 10am at the gazebo.
7. Fireworks: Fireworks will be rescheduled for this coming Saturday night, August 5th at the beach.
8. Boat Compound: There is currently a boat parked in Site 22 that is not supposed to be there. We have no registration form or contact information for that boat and it’s owner. If this is your boat or u know who it belongs to, please contact the board immediately. We do have a rental for that spot and we need that boat moved ASAP.
Thank you everyone for your help and patience during this difficult time. We are all trying our best to make sure the park runs as smoothly as possible.
