Reminders for anyone who still hasn’t sent their forms to the Board, they are due March 31st.

New provisions to our Bylaws. The Resort Village of Wakaw Lake (RVOWL) sent all members a letter with their Assessment Notice about the changes they made to their bylaws that also affects everyone at Poplar Beach Campground. Everyone at Poplar Beach Campground must follow the same Bylaws that are set out by RVOWL. This means that any and all development and building permit applications will now have to be sent by members directly to the Development Officer at the RVOWL to ensure compliance. Once they are approved by Council, they will send the forms to the Poplar Beach board for review. Development permit applications are free of charge and building permit applications are $50. Please do not start any project without the proper permit. If you are not sure if you require a permit, please call the RVOWL office and ask for clarification.
