Gate update and other news:

Great news everyone, the main gate is now open to light traffic. The road closest to the lake is still quite soft, so no heavy vehicles are allowed until it has a chance to dry.

We have a Park Manager hired and when all the paper work is processed, we will share the news of who it is. We are looking forward to a great lake season with them.

There is also a complete fire ban on for Wakaw Lake and surrounding areas. Please sign up with the Resort Village of Wakaw Lake so you receive all the important updates when they are issued. Call or email them to get added to their notifications list.

The Resort Village of Wakaw Lake has issued a Public Notice about adopting a Bylaw that will affect the campground. We have not seen this report yet. Please read the letter below from the RVOWL:
