May Update

Hi members - a few things for the month of May:

  1. We would like to announce that our new Park Managers for this year are Dale and Wanda Andreen. They will be starting the middle of next week. Please say hi when you see them. We are excited to have them start.

  2. Fire ban is lifted once again. I will keep the Home page on our website up to date whenever I get notice about any Fire Bans, so please look there for updates. If you want notifications from the Resort Village, please email them and get on their list. This is quickest way to get any and all updates that may affect Wakaw Lake and surrounding areas.

  3. Roads: due to the recent rain, please be mindful of the road conditions. If they are too soft to drive on, then please stay off of them. We do not want ruts to form, so everyone needs to be careful if entering the campground. Any and all heavy vehicles need to stay off until the roads are dry. If someone does drive in and destroys the roads, we will have to bill that lot owner for any repairs that might be needed. We need everyone’s help with this since it does affect all members. If you notice any issues, please contact the board ASAP.
